Payment


Payment should be completed before 2x24 hours to avoid cancellation. We accept all major payment system on www.argyleandoxford.com. Please note that all payment that has been made cannot be cancelled, if you wished to cancel or return your purchase please refer to our return policy below (bank/creditcards/administration charges cannot be returned).



Delivery


Domestic : All deliveries in Indonesia will be carried by your chosen shipment courier upon checkout (1-7 days for regular service, 1-3 days for express service), www.argyleandoxford.com does not provide other shipment service than what is listed. International : All overseas deliveries will be carried by RAYSPEED EXPRESS. Any inquiries regarding overseas shipment should be sent to sales@argyleandoxford.com.



Returns & Exchanges


  • All returns only applied for normal priced items (returns are not eligible if any promotion code applied while purchasing the related products).
  • Returns are only valid for 10 days after we shipped the orders and with all the tags and packaging attached.
  • Products returned should be send back to Argyle & Oxford HQ and will be examined before we accept the return or exchange request.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns & exchange request after examination.
  • Exchange only valid if the products in the same price or more and while the stock lasts, products cannot be exchange more than once.
  • All deliveries (if any) regarding returns & exchange will be charged to the customer. However, if the request made by www.argyleandoxford.com then we shall be responsible for all costs.
  • For all returns or cancellation requested from the customer will be charged a processing fee according to the payment method use upon checkout.
