ORDER INFORMATION


Payment
Payment should be completed before 2x24 hours to avoid cancellation. We only accept two types of payment in this site. You can choose to pay through bank transfer (Bank BCA) or using credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc) through www.paypal.com (paypal account is not needed to complete this payment).
Confirmation
If you are using bank transfer as your payment method then you need to confirm your payment through the “confirm payment” link in your account or in the invoice sent to your registered email address (you might need to check your spam folder if you cannot find the email). If you have trouble in this step, please sent your inquiries to sales@argyleandoxford.com and we will do our best to help you as soon as possible.
If you are using Paypal as your payment method then you do not need to do confirmation after you made your payment in Paypal, we will automatically process your payment in 2x24 hours after we receive a confirmation from Paypal.
Delivery
Domestic : All deliveries in Indonesia will be carried by TIKI or JNE (1-7 days for regular service, 1-3 days for express service), www.argyleandoxford.com does not provide other shipment service. For urgent matters, please contact our customer service by chat (whatsapp or line) at +62 81315949321 or username : argyleandoxford .
International : All overseas deliveries will be carried by EMS (duration may varied due to distance and traffic in the export line). Any inquiries regarding overseas shipment should be sent to sales@argyleandoxford.com.
Important notice : for orders to Singapore and Malaysia are eligible to use other express shipment agents. Prices may varied due to promotions that is available in time of order. Please email us for more information.
Returns & Exchange
All returns only applied for normal priced items (returns are not eligible if any promotion code applied while purchasing the related products).
Returns are only valid 10 days after we shipped the orders and with all the tags and packaging attached. Products returned should be send back to Argyle & Oxford HQ and will be examined before we accept the return or exchange request. We reserve the right to reject returns & exchange request after examination.
Exchange only valid if the products in the same price or more and while the stock lasts, products cannot be exchange more than once.
All deliveries (if any) regarding returns & exchange will be charged to the customer. However, if the request made by www.argyleandoxford.com then we shall be responsible for all costs.
